At Sleep Doctor, we want you to rest easy in your new sleepwear; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
